Is the oil for frying chicken really clean? We have collected used oil from 20 chicken centers across the nation and checked them out. The quality of cooking oil was serious. 
According to the test, oxidation value of cooking oil used by more than half of them was revealed higher than the standard value of 2.5. Moreover, carcinogen of Benzophrene was found out of them.
Good quality of used oil can be used for making animal feed or soap after the process of refinement. However, some of them have been so much oxidized that they can be processed just for making lubricating oil. (Later report is omitted)

What's HNE(4-hydroxy-trans-2-nonenal)?
- In case of heating vegetable cooking oil for long hours continuously, such as olive oil, palm oil, bean, corn, canola, sunflower oil, etc. which has high unsaturated fat, HNE can be produced as a toxic compound.

It was reported by the production team of "Bulmanzero". According to the test result of cooking oil collected from 3 famous fastfood stores, a large
